Overview

Studee is a start-up in the ed-tech space, we help international students to find their dream university online and universities to find the best students to enrol at their institution.

We are looking to add to our team and are currently recruiting for 4 data coordinators.

The job is hybrid, with 2 days in the office in Cirencester and the remainder working from home. If you want to attend the office more frequently you are of course welcome to.

Job Specifics

As a data coordinator, you will play a crucial role in supporting the Studee mission. Your primary responsibilities will include application replication, assisting with university onboarding, and collaborating with the wider teams to maintain data integrity.

Principle responsibilities

  • Gathering data from websites i.e a university website and organising that data to include it in our own database (CMS)
  • Creating new fields for applications and testing them to make sure they work well
  • Assist in the onboarding process or related projects by gathering data and managing imports to our own database (CMS)
  • Execute university edits as required, promptly addressing any updates or modifications.
  • Collaborate with the team to maintain a high level of data accuracy in all processes

  • Basic understanding of CSS Selectors and HTML
  • Web scraping techniques and softwares
  • Ability to create process documentation
  • Data structure and data visualisation
