Gardners Lane and Oakwood Federation has various positions for committed and enthusiastic Teaching Assistants to join our friendly team. We have full time positions to fill but are happy to accept applications for part time hours.

As a Teaching Assistant at Gardners Lane and Oakwood Federation your role may involve working in a classroom environment, supporting a child with an EHCP or intervention work such as pastoral support.

We will need you to demonstrate your:
• commitment to high expectations of attainment and behaviours
• ability to be proactive and open to a creative approach
• ability to understand the needs of all children

The positions are based at Gardners Lane Primary School however applicants should be aware that employment by The Federation means you may be deployed to our other school during your employment.
