support the business. Founded in 1976 in Australia, Kip McGrath has been helping primary and
secondary school age children all over the world to improve or extend their learning. With over 560

This specialist role will focus on driving the digital marketing metrics to establish the effectiveness
and comparing the results against key performance indicators, helping us to shape leading edge
digital marketing campaigns to drive the Kip business forward.

Directly supporting the Global Marketing Manager (UK based) and Assistant Marketing Manager
(Australia based), you will also maintain the relationship with third party agencies to stay updated on
industry trends and best practices to ensure cutting-edge digital marketing strategies are actively in

  • Consolidated working week of 35 hours over 4 days (Monday – Thursday) for full timers, with one Friday for a few hours only, once a month on a rota system)

POSITION SUMMARY

  • To support the Global Marketing Manager and the Marketing Team to achieve and deliver on their strategic goals. This specialist role will focus on driving the digital marketing metrics to establish the effectiveness and comparing the results against key performance indicators.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement digital marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, engagement, and conversions.
  • Execute and manage SEO strategies to optimize website visibility and rankings on search engines.
  • Plan, execute, and optimise Google Ads campaigns to increase traffic, leads, and sales.
  • Analyze campaign performance metrics and provide actionable insights for continuous improvement.
  • Google analytics and Search console experience
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing efforts with business objectives.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to ensure cutting-edge digital marketing strategies.
  • Take responsibility to lead on workload of the team ensuring all deadlines are met.
  • Excellent working knowledge of Google tools including GA4, Google Search Console and reporting. Be able to explore and dream up new digital campaign strategies.

  • To undertake any other duties commensurate with the level of responsibility and remuneration of the post that may be assigned.

About you

Experienced in SEO, PPC. As a digital specialist with strong analytical skills, you will be able to easily understand the needs of the organisation, build digital marketing campaigns to drive business.
