We currently have the following Classroom Teaching Assistant roles available to support the learning and welfare of children.

The successful candidates will demonstrate that they can support children with a range of needs, work as part of a team alongside the Class Teacher and SENCo, where appropriate, to support planning and to deliver learning opportunities that meet the needs of the child[ren].

They would also have a positive and sensitive attitude, be able to build positive relationships with and be a role model for children, show initiative and enjoy working in a thriving Primary school environment.
The positions are:

Role Ref: Classroom Assistant: KS2: 25hrs p/wk Monday-Friday on a permanent contract [3 full days, 2 half days including 30 minutes each day supporting a lunchtime club]. Starting date tba.

Role Ref: 1:1 Classroom Assistant: KS2: 26.25hrs p/wk Monday-Friday on a permanent contract. Role linked to a specific EHCP supporting a child within KS2. Starting date tba.

Role Ref: 1:1 Classroom Assistant: 21.25hrs p/wk Monday-Friday [work schedule to be agreed] on a permanent contract. Support a range of EHCP children across the school to include supporting a child during lunchtime. Starting date tba

The pay scale of each role will reflect previous experience and qualifications ranging from Grade 3 for an unqualified TA through to grade 4 and 5 for those with relevant Teaching Assistant / Teaching qualifications.
