Our trust seeks a leader with a strong understanding of education and finance, the need to plan and track finances and manage the financial risk, opportunities and landscape of a growing MAT.  They should also be familiar with audit and risk in the academy sector and the importance of active risk assessment and mitigation.  All of these are necessary for the work of the MAT to succeed. You will also be supported by our experienced trust board and will work in partnership with our Directors, Strategic Leads, Heads of School, and the Diocese, to develop our trust and ensure that both the MAT as a whole and its individual schools consistently achieve excellent educational outcomes for all pupils. Process new referrals and ensure each young person receives the support they need. Conduct risk assessments and arrange placements to provide safe and stable accommodation.
