Quality Systems Manager

Juice Recruitment is delighted to be supporting a leading company in their search for an Quality Systems Manager based in the Tewkesbury area.

DAY TO DAY:

Arrange, co-ordinate and lead UKAS accreditation audits, ensuring the client meet the required standards
Management of Quality procedures and systems across the organisation
Quality system maintenance and control continuous improvement
Working alongside departmental managers and the Certification Evaluator, to ensure that Rules and Terms & Conditions are useable and meet certification standards/guidance
Undertake a proportion of auditing in co-ordination with relevant managers supporting other auditors and involving managers
Ensure effective and efficient document control
Create management review reports and follow up on actions for management reviews including annual, monthly and Impartiality committee
Develop, manage and implement changes/updates to processes and procedures
Maintain an effective audit schedule against all schemes, processes and QMS
Report and follow up on audit actions
Review compliance activities across the business that relate to Quality procedures for GDPR and document control, and provide feedback to department managers
Add value to controls where quality and robust assessment are key requirements e.g. Document control systems
Undertake training to ensure skills and knowledge are maintained to undertake the job role
WE WOULD LOVE TO SEE:

A detailed knowledge of Quality Management systems and relevant quality standards
Able to develop a working knowledge of the Company’s operating systems and procedures
Experience of quality systems and an ability to train internal and external resources
Good interpersonal skills and the ability to work as a supportive team member
High levels of confidence and ability to challenge decisions in a constructive and productive manner
Ability to audit processes and make reports and recommendations
Support processes following audit to ensure post audit actions are appropriate and compliant
Ability to present confidently
Salary up £45,000 per annum depending on experience
