C J Hole is one of Cheltenham’s leading Estate Agents and we have an exciting opportunity for an
enthusiastic and confident person to assist our busy Sales & Lettings Departments. Previous
experience is an advantage, but not vital as full training will be provided. Excellent communication
skills are essential as the main aspect of this role is to accompany prospective buyers and tenants
around our property portfolio and, on occasion, provide cover for front office customer reception.

You must have a full valid driving licence and your own car. Basic salary is £11.50 per hour, plus a
commission of £25 for each completed sale or tenancy introduction, £50 for each successful
mortgage introduction and 45p per mile business mileage allowance. Holiday entitlement of 5.6
weeks (inc. Bank Holidays) pro rata.
