Regency Residential is a specialist Letting Agency, offering a first class letting and management service for quality property throughout Cheltenham, the Cotswolds and surrounding areas. 

As our managed portfolio continues to grow, we are looking to add to our team based at our office in Montpellier, Cheltenham.

Our team strive to be the best in the business, delivering a premium service to our landlords and tenants alike. The ideal applicant will be an experienced residential letting professional / Property Manager with a keen interest in all aspects of the letting process.

Responsibilities will include the following:

  • Handling day to day property maintenance issues
  • Planned maintenance and periodic repairs
  • Invoice processing
  • Reporting to landlords and tenants
  • Organising safety certification and remedial works
  • Negotiating and distributing deposits
  • Assisting in other areas of the business as required
  • Complying with all current legislation affecting the business
  • Ensuring all management systems are kept up to date and maintained
  • Conducting mid-term property inspections
  • Visiting properties at the start and end of a tenancy to ensure quality standards are met
  • Delivering excellent customer service at all times

Personal specification:

  • Possess lettings / property management experience
  • Ideally be ARLA/NFoPPqualified
  • Hold a full UK driving licence with access to your own vehicle
  • Excellent IT skills, including Excel, Outlook, Word, etc
  • Have an ability to multi-task and prioritise effectively
  • Be flexible, adaptable and a good team player
  • To have a strong work and service “ethic”
  • Excellent written and communication skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a busy environment as part of a team
  • Strong organisational skills
  • Meticulous attention to detail
  • Happy to take the initiative, responsibility and ownership
  • Have the desire to exceed landlords and tenants expectations
  • Have a ‘can do’ attitude and adopt a proactive approach
  • Be able and willing to contribute ideas and feedback to the team in order to continually improve our services
