Overview: An excellent opportunity has arisen within our Client for a Site Manager to oversee operations and co-ordinate the installation of commercial roof top construction projects throughout the UK. This role is essential in ensuring high levels of Health & Safety, client service, timely execution, and installation quality to achieve maximum client satisfaction. As the point of reference for the workers, you will be a key person in the completion of projects within the team.


Essential Responsibilities:

  • Daily Management: Oversee the on-site construction process, ensuring smooth operations.
  • Health & Safety: Take full responsibility for Health & Safety on-site, ensuring compliance with all regulations.
  • Site Inductions: Conduct site inductions to inform workers of site-specific rules and safety protocols.
  • Contractor Relations: Foster strong working relationships between all contractors to ensure effective collaboration.
  • Work Schedules: Arrange and manage work schedules to ensure timely project progression.
  • Hands-On Involvement: Participate in construction work as needed to support the team.
  • Toolbox Talks: Conduct daily toolbox talks to address safety issues and site updates.
  • Accountability: Be accountable for the project's progress and outcomes.
  • Health & Safety Culture: Drive and uphold the company's Health & Safety culture across the site.
