We are seeking to appoint a part time Drum Teacher to join our Expressive Arts Faculty as soon as possible, subject to the necessary employment checks, as the existing post holder is moving out of the area.

We are looking for a part time Drum Teacher to join our Expressive Arts Faculty to teach the drums to individual pupils in 30 minute or 20 minute sessions. The pupils will have a wide range of ability from beginners upwards. Based on current demand, the hours for this post are likely to equate to the equivalent of one day a week (approx. 6 hours) but there is scope for the successful candidate to increase interest in and demand for drum lessons amongst our pupils. The scheduling of the hours in terms of day of the week and timing are open to some flexibility and will be negotiated with the successful applicant. Hours worked will however be within our school day of 8.50am to 3.25pm.
