Job description

Gloucestershire College (GC) is recruiting for a First Steps Lecturer to join the Discover Opportunities department.

The primary purpose of this role is to develop and teach on the First Steps and related employability programmes, primarily at our Gloucester Campus.  The is a great opportunity to join our First Steps team who work with leaners who join us with few, lower-level qualifications.  The successful candidate will need to have a passion for working with young people and helping them to achieve and progress in college.
