We have exciting opportunities to join our teams at new setting in Stroud (opening January 2025).

We are looking for enthusiastic staff to join us to ensure excellent child-care provision in Stroud.

All positions are term time only (39 weeks a year) and permanent unless specified.

Successful qualified candidates will work as Key Person to children aged 2-4 years to deliver high
quality early years education. You will be passionate about making a difference and using your
understanding of child development to promote each child’s happiness and supporting them to
follow their interests, explore, learn and reach their full potential.

You will be a good communicator, who enjoys working with others as part of a team, with
knowledge and experience of providing stimulating and exciting environments, rich in learning
experiences. You need to be able to tell stories and sing songs, play games, enjoy messy play, and
be happy to be outdoors in all weathers.

Contract: Permanent

Senior Early Years Educator (Stroud only)

Grade/Salary: Grade 4 (full time, all-year round equivalent is £24,294.00)
Actual salary (term time only for Level 3 qualified)
Full time (37 hours/week, term time only total of 39 weeks): £20,849.00

Successful candidates will ideally be qualified to a minimum of Level 2 in Early Years with
willingness and a commitment towards achieving Level 3.

Approx. hours for full time staff are 8.30am - 4.30pm

For part time staff we can offer morning or afternoon times

As part of the recruitment process you will be asked to attend an interview and complete a short,
observed session with a class of our children.

references (which we will request for all short-listed candidates) and an enhanced DBS check.
In accordance with our data retention policy, we will keep all paperwork related to the recruitment of
this post for 6 months after which it will be destroyed.
