We have a new opportunity for a Service Support Specialist Co-ordinator to join our growing and busy
service co-ordination team. The role will be responsible for ensuring equipment breakdowns and repairs are scheduled and completed on time, callouts are responded to within agreed timescales and within our agreed SLAs.

Our ideal candidate will possess experience of working in a customer focussed role and will be
comfortable working as part of a busy team. You will possess excellent communication skills along
with the ability to work to deadlines. Strong PC skills and previous experience of using a CRM system
