What You'll Do:

• Client Support: Efficiently handle inquiries, policy renewals, claims, and provide expert advice on insurance products tailored to client needs.
• Policy Management: Ensure timely processing of new business, mid-term adjustments, and premium financing.
• Debt & Compliance: Address debt queries in line with company policies and FCA regulations.
• - Complaint Resolution: Resolve complaints with care, escalating where needed, and ensuring complete client satisfaction.
• Client Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships through high-quality service and guidance.

What We re Looking For:

• Compliance Focused: Ensure all actions meet FCA standards and Treating Customers Fairly (TCF) principles.
• Detail-Oriented: Maintain impeccable record-keeping and ensure all processes are completed with accuracy.
• Proactive Professional Development: Continuously improve your knowledge and skills through training and industry events.
• Data Protection: Safeguard all client and company information in compliance with the Data Protection Act (2018).
