The Diocese of Gloucester Academies Trust seek to appoint a Nursery Assistant (qualified) at Lakefield Church of England Primary school nursery.

Lakefield Church of England Primary school are looking to appoint a nursery assistant in the nursery section of the school. The successful candidate will be qualified to level 2 or above and this will be a DfE recognised qualification for adults working within the EYFS phase.

We are a welcoming nursery who appreciate all our staff, we invest in our team to ensure they receive ongoing support, training and annual appraisals.

We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated individual with a real passion for developing young minds, who as well as bringing their own experience to the nursery, is eager to develop their knowledge base with continued learning.

The ideal candidate will:
• Be passionate about childcare and helping children to achieve, play and be safe.
• Have a good working knowledge of the Early Years Foundation Stages (EYFS).
• Be qualified at NNEB/NVQ level 2/3 or equivalent in childcare or at a higher level – this must be a qualification recognised by the DfE.
• Be able to work well in a team.

The post is offered at salary grade 3.
This is a part-time post permanent for 17.5 hours a week
