We are looking to appoint an enthusiastic, inspirational SENCo with experience to join our friendly team from January 2025. It is our shared vision to provide the children at Cam Woodfield Infant School with the support, nurture and education that they deserve.

We are looking for someone who is:
• Knowledgeable and passionate about SEND and how children develop and learn
• An excellent communicator with great teamwork skills
• Organised and efficient
• Positive and able to inspire and motivate others
• Able to deal with challenges in a sensitive, positive, emotionally responsive manner supporting the difficulties and needs of individuals

We are a positive, hardworking and supportive team who enjoy working together and put the children at the heart of everything we do.
