The service is flexible and supports people to access work, leisure activities and trips out providing outcome focused and bespoke support plans. The service also promotes positive opportunities for building authentic and supportive social networks. Could you provide short break support for people being discharged from hospital, people with mental health problems, including dementia, or people with physical health difficulties and learning disabilities? As a Shared Lives Carer you will be self-employed and paid a fee for the support you provide which will cover living expenses. Living expenses are paid and Carers have access to preferential tax arrangements.
