We have a number of positions available here at BBcare10 LTD, supporting children, young people and adults with additional needs

Duties of a Care Coordinator

  • Answering all incoming telephone enquiries.
  • Assisting the recruiter with implementation of thorough recruitment and vetting procedures of all Care & Support Workers.
  • Preparing appropriate documentation, for the management team.
  • Permanent allocation of Care & Support Workers to all client visits and ensuring all visits are covered.
  • Maintaining Care & Support Worker files, ensuring that they are always up to date.
  • Maintaining computer system up to date at all times.
  • Ensuring all clients and Care & Support Worker documentation and electronic records are kept up to date at all times.
  • Ensure records are up to date.
  • To work closely with the management team.
  • To participate in the on call rota.
  • To ensure compliance with all systems and procedures.

The Care Coordinator should possess the following qualities:

  • Self motivated and well organised
  • Excellent computer skills
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Caring, sensitive and supportive to the needs of others
  • Ability to use own initiative
  • Positive attitude
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Full driving licence and access to a vehicle
  • To work in line with confidentiality and Data protection.
  • Flexible working approach
