My client is a successful and reputable not-for-profit organisation based in Tewkesbury. We are looking for someone with outstanding communication skills to help drive some of their key business areas to customers.


Responsibilities
• Build rapport with new and existing customers
• Conduct research, identify potential customers, produce leads, and cultivate relationships with prospects.
• Make efficient use of the CRM database and Microsoft Office programs, such as Word, basic Outlook, Excel, and other programs to aid in administrative tasks
• Provide managers with regular updates on business development initiatives, sales performance, and market insights.


About you:
• Have prior sales or strong customer service expertise
• Experience working in a busy, customer-focused environment
• Possess good time management skills
• Previous experience working towards targets would be beneficial
