Thorn Baker are working with a high end contractor who are looking for a Contracts Manager on a permanent basis. They work on bespoke construction in the Cotswolds including boutique residential new builds, premium commercial builds and listed building renovations. This is a perfect opportunity for an experienced Contracts Manager to take the next step in their career working on bespoke high end projects.

What we are looking for:

• Knowledge of traditional forms of building contract
• Stay up to date on construction industry thinking and trends
• Understanding of high end residential and commercial sectors
