Key Responsibilities:

• Assisting in the preparation of cost estimates and budgets.
• Conducting site visits and assessments.
• Supporting the management of project finances, including valuations and cost control.
• Liaising with clients, contractors, and suppliers.
• Preparing and submitting reports and documentation.
• Ensuring compliance with contractual and legal requirements.
