Domestic Housekeepers - 2 Positions

Nr Chipping Sodbury, South Gloucestershire

We are searching for two experienced housekeepers to work together part-time, 20 hours a week each (employed on payroll) at a beautiful manor house in South Gloucestershire for a busy international family. This is a domestic role.

The ideal working hours would be Mondays 8am-2pm, Wednesdays 8am – 4pm and Fridays 8am-2pm, but we are open to some flexibility. The candidates will work alongside a small estate team. This is in a rural location so driving is essential. There are two cats and one dog living in the main house so candidates need to be animal friendly. We are looking for candidates with exceptional standards of housekeeping.

Key Responsibilities:

• All cleaning responsibilities for the manor house and ancillary accommodation
• Sensitive cleaning of antique furnishings
• Laundry and ironing duties

Candidate Profile:

• Applicants for the role will need to demonstrate first rate knowledge and experience in all housekeeping and laundry duties
• Attention to detail and care
• Be extremely efficient with their work and have good time management
• Proven track record with cleaning houses of this scale
• Animal friendly
• A full UK driving licence is essential.

Salary: the salary on offer will be above market rate, to allow for the fact that this is a part time role but requiring high standards of work and efficiency.
