Residential Support Worker

Role: Residential Support Worker (Children)
Pay: 13 - 15 per hour.
Are you experienced working with children & young people and looking to cover consistent shifts?
You ll be working with young people who have come from a background or trauma. We are looking for flexible staff, part time and full time / nights and weekend availability advantageous
The Role:
- Supporting young people during the day if they are having a tough time and needing additional support.
- 1-2-1 support, providing support in a therapeutic approach
- Supporting the young person in the local community and around the house.
Requirements:
- At least 6 months experience in social care (mental health, learning difficulties, autism, challenging behaviour or even care work in general)
- Experience working with people who display behaviour that challenges
