CLASS 1 DRIVER

StaffCo Direct is actively recruiting for Class 1 Drivers for a company based in Yate

We are looking for highly motivated qualified Class 1 drivers with handball experience, who can take on the company s ethos and assist us in the support of our client s day-to-day operation in Yate .

Remuneration:

Monday to Friday AM - £20.50

Monday to Friday PM-21.50

Please note that the above rates are Assignment Umbrella rates

Responsibilities of Class 1 driver in Yate:

• This will involve trunk runs nationwide .
• Handballing is involved on some deliveries.
• Maintain accurate records of deliveries, including mileage, fuel usage, and any incidents or delays
• Communication is key with the client, must be able to contact at all times of day
• Start times AM 05:00 - 07:00
• Start times PM 18:00 - 21:00

Experience/Skills & Competencies:

• Cat C UK-issued License is required (Must have license for at least 12 months)
• Current and Valid CPC and Digi Tacho
• No more than 6 penalty points (no IN DR or DD codes)
• 180 days experience in the last 2 years
• Excellent knowledge of the UK road network
• Great communication skills
• Professional attitude
