Merretts Heating Services have an opportunity for an Office Administrator/Coordinator in our busy, friendly office. We are a family run local heating services provider based in Frocester but covering Gloucestershire and beyond.

The candidate should preferably have office experience, but all initial and ongoing training will be given.

The role has a variety of responsibilities including:-
• Answering telephone and email enquiries.
• Booking in appointments for service and maintenance engineers.
• Issuing engineers worksheets and coordinating routes.
• Updating customer database and records.

The candidate will be working as part of a team and should have the following attributes: -

• Strong customer focus.
• Polite and friendly telephone manner.
• The ability to prioritise workload.
• IT confident but full training will be given on our systems.

Hours are full time, Monday to Friday 8-5, 1 in 4 Saturdays (9-12) between October 1st through to 31st March. Good rate of pay and free parking.
