Come and work for a rewarding employer. Gloucestershire County Council has a vacancy for a Parking Technician to join the dynamic and busy Parking Services Team.

An opportunity has arisen for a Parking Technician (Digital and Data) to support the operations function within the team.

The role involves analysing parking related data such as pay and display, penalty charge notices, bus lane and moving traffic enforcement information, managing and responding to customer enquiries and complaints as well as other day to day administrative tasks. The role requires adherence to legislation, legal processes and government guidance.

About You

We are looking for an individual who has experience of working in a busy team, is able to work to statutory time deadlines and has excellent communication and customer service skills. The candidate should be fully computer literate, with good working knowledge of packages such as Word and Excel.  

Experience of working in a busy team, report writing and an interest transport would be advantageous, but not essential as full training and support will be provided to the successful candidate.
